Microsoft Released Windows Server 19
On October 6, 2018, distribution of Windows version 1809 (build 17763) was stopped while Microsoft examined closely so the truth can be found an issue with user data being deleted during an in-place upgrade. It affected systems where a user profile folder (e.g. Documents, Music or Pictures) had been moved to another location, but data was left in the original location.
As Windows Server 2019 is based on the Windows version 1809 codebase, it too was removed from distribution at the time, but Microsoft is re-releasing windows server 19 to make part of the majority of users starting today, November 13. The updated versions include fixes for data-loss problems and other issues discovered after Microsoft at first began rolling them out on October 2.

- Processor => Minimum 1.4 GHz 64-bit processor
- RAM => Minimum 512 MB (2 GB for Server with Desktop Experience installation option)
- Storage controller and disk space requirements => Minimum 32 GB
- Network adapter requirements => An Ethernet adapter capable of at least gigabit throughput Compliant with the PCI Express architecture specification.

- DVD drive (if you intend to install the operating system from DVD media)
- Graphics device and monitor capable of Super VGA (1024 x 768) or higher-resolution
- Keyboard and Microsoft® mouse (or other compatible pointing device)
